A licensed veterinary technician and certified canine rehabilitation practitioner through the University of Tennessee, Rebecca has been a member of the Shaker Veterinary Hospital staff since 2000. Born and raised in Wappingers Falls, New York, Rebecca graduated from the State University of New York, Delhi in 1996 with an Associates Degree in Animal Science. In 1998, she was awarded a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Animal Science from the State University of New York, Cobleskill. Shortly thereafter, Rebecca fulfilled her requirements for certification in canine rehabilitation from the University of Tennessee.

During her leisure time, Rebecca keeps company with her three Shih-tzu dogs, Jimmy, Simba and Sammy and her orange domestic short-haired cat named Tutter.
