Day Care

Shaker Veterinary Hospital, P.C. has boarding facilities available. Pets are walked three times daily. Geriatric patients and patients with medical concerns find themselves in good hands. Veterinary technicians make sure that pets get their medications and consult a doctor if any changes are noted during their stay. Additional playtime and exercise time is available upon request in our fenced-in exercise yard. We are also pleased to offer Doggie Day Care. You may want to consider pampering your pet to a groom during their stay.

What does Doggie Day Care include?

Socialization
Socialization Socialization includes two group or individual sessions with our trained staff.

Obedience
Obedience Whether your pet needs intensive training or just a refresher, the staff at Shaker Veterinary Hospital, P.C. can help. We train on sits, downs, stays and coming when called.


Boarding and Daycare Policy

All pets that are admitted into our facility are required to be up-to-date on their vaccines. These include: rabies, distemper, parvo and bordatella. Pets staying overnight should have their own food to help prevent stomach upset. Boarding pick-ups and drop-offs are from 8am to 7pm, Monday through Friday, and 8am to 2pm on Saturday and Sunday. Daycare is offered Monday through Friday only.
